About Us

Hello my name is Matt Plank and my company MW Plank Enterprises, LLC runs this website.

I started this website because I have been collecting knives and flashlights for many many years.  In fact, I have been collecting knives for some 20+ years, and have been collecting flashlights for close to ten years.  I figured a knife and flashlight website would be a great way to get other individuals involved in this fun hobby.

For those who are interested, this website is headquartered in Helena, MT.

Their are three reasons for this.  First I was born here, and second Montana doesn't have any sales tax.  Thus I don't have to worry about charging anybody any sales tax.  In fact, I actually moved back to Helena from the state of Washington just so that I could take advantage of the lack of a sales tax.  And the third reason is because it is cheaper to live in Montana than it is in Washington.  Therefore, I am able to pass my savings onto you.
