Q:  How do I know if an item listed on your site is in stock?

A:  If an item is listed on this site it is more than likely in stock.  My inventory gets updated daily so the only time an item wouldn't be available is if the item sold out earlier in the day.

Q:  What happens if I order an item that is out of stock?

A:  I will notify you via email (or phone) that the item is out of stock and I will provide an approximate date when the item should be back in stock.

You will have the option of either cancelling your order or waiting for the item.

Q:  If an item is out of stock and I want to wait, when is my credit card charged?

A:  When the item is first ordered.

Q:  What is the time frame for shipping in stock items?

A:  Except weekends and holidays items should ship either the day of the order or the following day.

Q:  Where are my ordered items shipped from?

A:  Items are shipped via a wholesaler located in Poway, California.

Q:  Do you only ship via UPS?

A:  Other means of shipping are available but require the order to be taken over the phone.

Q:  Do you price match your competitors?

A:  If you find a lower online price elsewhere, I will do my very best to match or beat it.

A:  Yes.  Just call or email me your request and I will let you know if I can order it for you.
