Return Policy

Customers need to obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) in order to return any merchandise.

To obtain this RA# please contact me and include the following information:

Order Number

Name, Address, & Phone Number

Reason for the return

I will email you your RA# and provide the address where the item or items need to be returned to.  This RA# is valid for 30 days and needs to be clearly visible on the OUTSIDE of any returned package.

Defective merchandise must be returned unused and in the original packaging within 45 days of shipment date, or within 30 days of the issuance of an RA#.  Whichever is the shorter period of the two.

When returning defective merchandise please enclose a note with the RA# on it, and the reason for the return.  You will also need to state in the note whether or not you want a refund or if you want to exchange the item for a new one.  As stated above don't forget to also put the RA# on the outside of the returning package.

If the defective item is returned for an exchange I will credit your account the amount of any shipping fees you incur in order to return the product.  You will need to mail me a copy of your postage receipt to the address below.  If the product is returned for a refund then I will credit your account for the amount of the returned item plus any shipping fees including the postage fee to return the item.  Once again you will need to send me a copy of the receipt to the address below:

Non-defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of its shipment date.  You will need to enclose a note that provides the RA# and the reason for the return.  Returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to an error in shipping.  Your account will be credited the amount of the item less the restocking fee.  However, I will waive the restocking fee should you purchase another item from my website.  Also be sure to write the RA# on the outside of the returning package.

When returning merchandise it should be insured to guard against possible loss or damage during shipment.

Items returned COD or without an RA# clearly visible on the outside of the package will be refused.
